General Library Information

Welcome to the Hellenic Orthodox Church of the Annunciatiton Library! Please visit us to browse, explore, and borrow.

The Hellenic Orthodox Church of the Annunciation Library offers a wide array of material: books, records, videos, DVDs, magazines, cassette tapes, pamphlets, reference materials, games, and Greek language books.

The method of cataloguing is the Dewey Decimal System.

The Library provides the following services:
  1. Delivery of items to shut-ins.
  2. Storytelling once per month after Divine Liturgy.
  3. Reference materials for research.
  4. Resources for priests.
  5. Monthly spiritual discussion groups.
  6. Computer access with a variety of religious software for children and adults. Computers may also be used for research purposes.

The Pamphlet File includes pamplets and newspaper clippings relating to cultural or religious topics. Examples include symbolism, Holy Tradition, and Greek Independence Day.

The Library is open after Divine Liturgy every Sunday.
